Ok people... we need to get some players on here

If you havn't already, make accounts on all mayjor Emulator websites, and advertise.

The next step is to introduce something that no ther server has. something that will draw in new players.

The next step is to get a small team to produce a well made video. showing just what the server has to offer. my computer at the moment cannot record video's and play. but however, i have some skills in movie editing if needed.

The final step. introduce a Beta type give away. allowing say the first 100 players access to the server to 'test' out the buggs and the server in general. this will bring players and will encourage them to join as they will feel special for 'Testing' a new server.
Plus you will gain all feedback from the 'testers' and this will give u a general idea of what the players would like to see on a server.

Also i suggest looking for a new forum layout. as this is used on many new private severs.

But this has worked time and time again with other servers.

Yeah Hopke nailed it, I completely agree with the forum layout idea and the video but I don't think roflforum is the best forum to goto for creating a custom layout. And I can record video on my computer plus I am really good with FC Pro if you need me.

Another idea is to set up a referral system, for like every 100 players you refer you receive 1 prize? (I would do some thing like VIP areas, VIP raids, VIP benefits, or like 'Recruiter's Gear' which could be a step down from donor but a step up from voter)

Um it depends. Seeing that ive kinda noticed this a month late... maybe chris took it down again. Il keep checking in here when i can and maybe we can work something out.
